Kayako-Solutions payment terms

At Kayako-Solutions we have several standard payment terms. Payment terms depend on the size and complexity of projects. Your payment terms will be defined by Kayako-Solutions's Sales Manager and Accounting Department and of course agreed with you before you will be offered to sign a contract with  Kayako-Solutions's.

For projects that cost less than 500 (no matter whether it is GBP, EUR or USD) we required a 100% deposit.

For projects that cost less than 3,500 we require a 50% deposit. Remaining 50% is paid on project completion. Sometimes depending on the amount of time required to complete the project we will offer you to split the remaining 50% in 2 equal payments.

For projects that cost less than 7,500 we require a 35% deposit. 35% is paid on reaching the Beta status and the remaining 30% is paid on project completion.

For projects that cost more than 7,500 (no matter whether it is GBP, EUR or USD) we will discuss custom payment terms with you.
